1. Service Provider

   The website analyticsystem.it and its related technological infrastructure are proprietary technological infrastructure of LP E-TRADE LLC, which is responsible for its organisation, provision and contractual management.
   
   

   Analytics System operates as a SaaS platform and provides users with a digital service based on data, informational outputs, statistical processing and proprietary technological tools.

2. Nature of the Service

   Analytics System is a technological platform provided on a Software as a Service basis.The service consists of the provision of informational outputs, statistical data, standardised processing and operational content of a technological nature, distributed through the project's official channels.
   
   

   The service is not built around the individual user's personal situation and does not take into account their financial position, individual objectives, experience, operational disposition or other subjective needs.

3. Absence of Personalised Advice

   The content, data, outputs and communications provided through Analytics System do not constitute personalised financial advice, legal advice, tax advice or any other individual professional service.

   
   Analytics System does not provide personalised recommendations directed at the individual user and does not carry out capital management, savings collection, fund administration or intermediation in financial instruments.

   
   All information distributed through the service must be understood as standardised content of an informational, statistical,

   technical and technological nature.

4. User's Operational Autonomy

   To access the Service, the User must:

   The user retains exclusive control of their own broker account and of any transactions carried out at all times.
   
   

   Even where the service transmits indications with a precise operational timing, any execution on the market always takes place autonomously, voluntarily and manually by the user.
   
   

   LP E-TRADE LLC does not open, close, modify or manage positions on the user's account, nor does it have control of the user's funds, nor can it place orders on the user's behalf.

5. Broker Account and Access Requirements

   To use the service, the user is required to open a new trading account held exclusively in their own name, following the operational path indicated by the provider during registration and onboarding. The use of pre-existing broker accounts is not permitted, even if technically compatible with the service's infrastructure.
   
   

   The provider may update or modify, over time, the compatible brokers, channels and technical access requirements, giving notice through the official channels.
   
   

   LP E-TRADE LLC does not request or verify the origin of the funds used by the user and assumes no responsibility regarding the manner in which the user obtains the financial resources used on their account.

   
   

   The user is required to notify the provider, within the deadline indicated by the system and in any event no later than the close of the first operational cycle (whether in demo or live mode), of their broker account identification number, accompanied by the relevant documentary evidence required. Providing this information is a necessary and non-waivable condition for the continuation of the relationship and for access to subsequent operational cycles.
   
   

   In the absence of such notification within the required timeframe, the provider will automatically suspend the provision of

   subsequent outputs. The suspension does not give rise to any right to an extension of the initial free period, reactivation,

   compensation or refund of any kind, nor to any extension of ongoing promotions or benefits.

6. Minimum Financial Requirements

   For effective use of the service, the user acknowledges that a minimum operating capital amount may be indicated in the provider's official communications.
   
   

   The user acknowledges that trading in the markets always involves the possibility of fluctuations, even significant ones, in their account balance, and that no technical or methodological framework can absolutely eliminate this possibility.

7. Initial Access Period

   Access to the service includes an initial free period of 60 days, subject to any promotions, special conditions or different communications published by the provider.
   
   

   The free period is granted on the basis of the user's identity as it appears in the provider's systems. Attempts to access new free periods through alternative data or different identities constitute a breach of these terms pursuant to Section 14.
   
   In the event of voluntary discontinuation, suspension, revocation of access or subsequent re-entry into the system, no right to a new free period arises, as this is a relationship already on record and already present in the provider's systems.

8. Service Fee

   Following the initial free period, continued access to the service requires payment of a fee equal to 15% of the net positive result declared by the user for each completed operational cycle, in accordance with the operational procedures communicated by the provider.
   
   

   No fee is payable in the event of a nil or negative result for the relevant cycle.

   The fee does not in any way represent a management fee, a share of funds entrusted, or any form of direct participation in the user's funds, but exclusively the price of the SaaS service provided and the related technological outputs.

9. Calculation and Settlement Timing

   The fee is calculated at the close of each individual relevant operational cycle in accordance with the service's rules.
   
   

   At the close of the transaction, the user is required to provide, within the deadline indicated by the system, the data required for the continuation of the relationship, including the broker account identification details as set out in Section 5, and the data necessary for the settlement of the cycle just concluded. This deadline is fixed and cannot be extended; failure to meet the required timing may result in suspension of access to subsequent cycles.

   
   Receipt of subsequent outputs remains subject to the correct settlement of the communications and obligations required by the

   provider for the preceding cycle.

10. Statistical Data, Backtests and Informational Content

    Historical data, statistics, backtests, operational examples, numerical representations, simulations, screenshots, illustrative results or other content disseminated through the website or official channels are provided exclusively for informational, technical, illustrative and technological purposes.
    
    

    Such content does not constitute a promise, guarantee or forecast of future results and cannot be interpreted as assurance of replicable performance.
    
    

    Market conditions may change at any time and may have a substantial impact on the results obtainable by the user.

11. Operational Warning

    Use of the service presupposes awareness that any activity connected with the financial markets may involve fluctuations in balance, variable results or results below expectations.

    
    The user acknowledges that any transaction carried out on their account is carried out under their exclusive responsibility, and that no operational choice can be considered free of uncertainty as to results.
    
    

    Should they consider it appropriate, the user remains free to consult independent professionals of their own choosing before

    making operational decisions.

12. Rules of Use

    Access to the service is subject to full compliance with these terms and with the operational instructions communicated by the provider.

    The user undertakes to:

    • provide truthful, up-to-date and consistent data;

    • comply with the timeframes required for operational communications;

    • not circumvent, hinder or alter the correct functioning of the system;

    • not evade the fee owed;

    • not use false identities or information that does not correspond to the truth;

    • maintain proper conduct towards the service, its support team and other users.
      
      

    These rules are applied strictly and on a non-negotiable basis, in the interest of the correct functioning of the infrastructure and

    the protection of users acting in good faith. In the event of a breach, the measures set out in Section 14 shall apply.

13. Prohibition on Sharing and Resale

    The user is granted a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right of use.
    
    

    It is expressly prohibited to share, forward, publish, resell, grant to third parties, reproduce, duplicate or exploit in any form the outputs, content, communications, access credentials, materials or information received through the service, save with the provider's prior written authorisation.
    
    

    It is likewise prohibited to allow use of the service by third parties, even indirectly, through shared accounts, groups, forwarding, manual or automated copying, selective redistribution or any other form of unauthorised transfer.

    
    Breach of this prohibition constitutes a serious breach of contract and entails the immediate revocation of access to the service without entitlement to a refund, pursuant to Section 14.

14. Suspension, Revocation and Ban

    LP E-TRADE LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict or revoke access to the service at any time, where it identifies breaches of these terms, inconsistent data, material omissions, conduct incompatible with the correct functioning of the system, or use deemed abusive, improper or non-compliant.
    
    

    In the presence of fraudulent, evasive, offensive, harmful, instrumental conduct or conduct seriously contrary to the rules of the service, access may be revoked permanently and definitively.
    
    

    In the event of suspension or revocation due to a breach attributable to the user, no refund is due.
    
    

    The provider may further adopt suitable organisational and technical measures to prevent new activations by individuals

    already excluded from the service for prior breaches.

15. Abusive Disputes, Chargebacks and Improper Use

    The following constitute, by way of example, serious breaches of these terms:

    • opening or using the service by means of false data or data relating to third parties;

    • submitting untruthful statements;

    • improper use of payment disputes;

    • initiating abusive or unfounded chargebacks;

    • attempts to obtain access, extensions, benefits or reactivations in the absence of the required conditions;

    • offensive, intimidating, manipulative conduct or conduct contrary to the fairness of the relationship.
      
      

    Such conduct may result in immediate suspension, definitive revocation of access, reporting to the anti-fraud protection tools adopted by the provider and, in the most serious cases, the adoption of further measures permitted under applicable law, including legal action.

16. Intellectual Property

    All content, including the distinctive signs and the trade name Analytics System, the texts, layouts, information structures, databases, algorithms, logical models, outputs, processing, interfaces, materials and technical solutions connected to Analytics System are protected and remain the exclusive property of LP E-TRADE LLC or the respective rights holders.
    
    

    No provision of these terms grants the user any ownership right over the software, content or outputs, beyond the limited personal right of use provided under the service.
    
    

    Any copying, systematic extraction, reverse engineering, decompilation, reconstruction, replication or unauthorised exploitation of the system's logic remains prohibited.
    
    

    Breach of these provisions constitutes a serious breach and may result in the immediate and definitive revocation of access to

    the service, pursuant to Section 14.

17. Personal Data and Verification

    In order to provide the service, LP E-TRADE LLC may process identification data, contact details, operational information and other data strictly necessary for managing the relationship, access to the service, administrative checks and anti-fraud measures.The user acknowledges that, where necessary, the provider may request confirmations, supporting documentation or spot checks, including for the purpose of ensuring correct use of the service and the consistency of the information provided.
    
    

    Data processing may also take place with the support of third-party technology providers strictly necessary for the service's infrastructure, operational automation, system communications and administrative controls.
    
    

    The user's data may be retained and used, even after termination of the relationship, for the purposes of preventing abuse, verifying unauthorised access and preventing new activations by individuals already excluded from the service for prior breaches.
    
    

    Data is not transferred or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

18. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LP E-TRADE LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, costs, lost profits or consequences of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, from:

    • use or non-use of the service;

    • operational decisions made by the user;

    • transactions carried out on the user's broker account;

    • configuration errors or improper use by the user;

    • delays, interruptions, malfunctions or unavailability of networks, providers, third-party systems, brokers, platforms or communication channels;

    • differences between historical data, simulations or illustrative results and actual results;

    • market, technical, geopolitical, regulatory or extraordinary events affecting operations.
      
      

    In any event, the provider shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with the custody, availability, movement or loss of funds held by the user with third parties.
    
    

    In any case, where the provider's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, it shall be limited to the fee actually paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19. Updates to the Service and Terms

    LP E-TRADE LLC reserves the right to update, modify, supplement or replace, at any time, the service, its features, the channels used, the technical requirements, the operational procedures and these terms.
    
    

    Changes shall take effect from their publication on the website or from their communication through the service's official channels.
    
    

    Continued use of the service after the terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the changes made.
    
    

    Save in cases of technical or regulatory urgency, the provider undertakes to communicate material changes to the terms with reasonable notice before they take effect.

20. Use in International Contexts

    The service is accessible internationally. LP E-TRADE LLC operates as a technology provider and assumes no responsibility regarding any local regulations that may apply to the user in their country of residence or in the place from which they access the service.
    
    

    Use of the service presupposes that the user does so in compliance with the rules applicable to their own context.

21. Communications and Official Channels

    Communications relevant to the service, including operational instructions, requests for data updates, administrative notices, suspensions, reactivations, changes to the terms or other system notices, may be transmitted through the official channels indicated by the provider, including, by way of example, the email address registered by the user, the project's official digital channels and the service's private area, where available.
    
    

    The user is required to monitor such channels regularly and to keep their contact details up to date.

22. Acceptance of Terms

    By completing the registration process, accessing the service, or continuing to use it, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these terms of use.
    
    

    Acceptance of these terms is an essential prerequisite for the activation, maintenance and continuation of the relationship with the provider.
    
    

    The provider reserves the right to request, during the registration process, explicit confirmation that these terms have been read

    and accepted, through the technical tools made available.
